I must say, I have a high standard for services when it comes to my kids. I want to teach them and help them. This office did not and has not disappointed. I have two children who received services and as a mom who is single, allowing me to ask the questions, and provide space and opportunity for my kids to ask questions, is so valuable to me. We have had two of our daughters working with Dr. Murray. With my first, she went through two rounds of care. Now we’ve started my youngest with Invisalign and it’s been a smooth process working with both Dr. Murray and his office staff.

They are professional, friendly and efficient. My son has braces and the experience has been smooth and easy, with great communication with both Dr. Murray and Dr. Libby, as well as their staff. We had a good experience during treatment, but did have a very hard time scheduling and getting adequate attention post-treatment so I would recommend asking about that at the beginning. My child had an expansion bracket that continues to break (3rd time in less than a year!). We've followed all the advice (no hard carrots, for example), but it kept failing. We had an additional charge for this device, as well, the last time they repaired it but it's broken again, after just a few months. When I called to have it seen one more time they (again) had a hard time fitting him into the schedule and they told me to expect another charge! They did resolve the issue (with no extra charge) and he got a retainer instead of the expansion bracket.
Both of our kids are with Murray Orthodontics. Wonderful experience since day one. Everyone is very friendly and really responsive when we have questions. Would recommend them for sure!
I love the care my kids get at Murray Orthodontics. Having 1 kid in braces, 1 with Invisalign, and a third just having consultations-we are there a lot! The staff all are super friendly and very helpful with any requests or concerns we may have. I appreciate the attentiveness both Drs. Murray and Libby have shown with all my kids treatment. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. Very clean, and always on time, though I was never rushed (they made time for however many questions I had).The Invisalign product was the right choice for us; Murray Orthodontics has a variety of products to choose from.
Murray Orthodontics has been seeing my daughter for a little over 2 years. I appreciate that they monitored her first and made sure she was really ready for work instead of rushing in and throwing braces on her.They have also been very kind to her every visit making sure she understood the reason for each item as well as how to care for it (as well as me). Wonderful customer service and care!
Murray Orthodontics has been treating my daughter for 2 years. Each encounter has been extremely professional and informational. The staff is attentive, professional, and has wonderful customer service. When you have an emergency situation they get you scheduled the same day or week with no problems or having to schedule you out. I would highly recommend Murray Orthodontics to anyone!
